Return Policy
All Focus Fairways artwork is produced on demand and custom-made for each order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or changes in décor preference.
Production & Fulfillment Partner
Orders are printed, packaged, and shipped by our professional production partner (Pictorem) based on the product options selected at checkout (size, finish, frame choice, etc.). All replacement and quality determinations follow our production partner’s manufacturing and quality-control standards.
We’ll Replace or Refund If:
We will work with our production partner to offer a replacement or refund if your order arrives:
- Damaged in transit
- Defective / print quality issue (e.g., significant scratches, dents, misprints, or manufacturing defects)
- Incorrect item received (wrong size/finish/frame compared to your order)
Timeframe to Report an Issue
To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
What We Need From You
To process your claim with our production partner, please email us with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of:
- the damaged/defective area (close-up)
- the full item (front)
- the packaging (including any visible damage)
- the shipping label on the box/tube
Without photos, we may be unable to file a claim with our production partner.
Resolution Options
- A free replacement (most common)
- A refund to the original payment method
- A partial refund in limited cases (minor cosmetic issues)
Return Shipping
Because these items are made to order:
- We typically do not require returns for damaged/defective items unless our production partner requests it.
- If a return is required, we will provide instructions and, when applicable, a return label.
Non-Returnable / Not Covered
- Incorrect size or finish selected at checkout
- Color/brightness differences due to monitor settings or lighting
- Minor variations that are normal to the chosen medium/material
- Normal wear after installation/use
- Orders reported after 7 days from delivery
Cancellations
Orders begin production quickly. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately. If production has already started, we may not be able to cancel or refund the order.
