Personal Display License
When you purchase a Focus Fairways print, you are purchasing a physical product and a license for personal display of that artwork.
This license allows you to:
- Display the physical artwork in your home, office, or clubhouse.
- Gift the physical artwork to another person.
What’s Not Allowed
Without explicit written permission from Focus Fairways, you may not:
- Reproduce, copy, scan, or reprint the artwork in any format.
- Sell or distribute digital files or physical prints.
- Use for advertising: You cannot use the artwork for marketing or commercial purposes.
- Public Uploads: Uploading high-resolution versions for public download is prohibited.
- Derivative Works: You may not create NFTs, digital products, or other derivative works from the artwork.
Copyright
All images, designs, and content remain the copyrighted property of Focus Fairways and/or its licensors. Purchase does not transfer copyright. All rights are reserved under international copyright laws.
Commercial & Club Use
If you represent a golf club or business and wish to use an image for:
- Course websites or marketing campaigns
- Signage, scorecards, menus, or branded materials
- Sponsorship collateral
- Resale or redistribution
