All Focus Fairways products are made to order. Once you place an order, it is produced and shipped by our professional production partner. This allows us to deliver premium, gallery-quality artwork in a wide range of finishes and sizes.
Production Time
Because each piece is custom-made, orders require production time before shipping.
- Standard production: Typically 4-14 business days
During peak seasons or high-volume periods, production may take slightly longer.
Shipping Time (Transit)
After your order ships, delivery time depends on your destination and selected shipping method.
- Standard shipping: Typically 3–7 business days]after shipment
- Expedited options: May be available at checkout (when offered)
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
- Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after a label is created.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on:
- Product type (canvas, framed, metal, acrylic, etc.)
- Size and packaging method
- Destination and shipping speed
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs may apply.
- If you notice an error after ordering, contact us immediately—production starts quickly and changes may not be possible once manufacturing begins.
Damaged or Shipping Issues
If your order arrives damaged, please follow the steps in our Returns, Refunds & Replacements Policy.
- Report damage within 7 days of delivery
- Include photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label
Lost or Delayed Packages
If tracking shows no movement for an extended period or the package appears lost:
- Contact us with your order number and tracking link.
- We will work with the carrier and our production partner to investigate and determine next steps.
International Shipping
If international shipping is offered:
- Delivery times vary by country.
- Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
